Choose the stage you require


Stage one: £79 inc. We will draft and serve section 21 and section 8 notices seeking possession on your tenant as soon as we are instructed. It does not matter where you, or your tenant live, we are able to deal with it. At this stage the tenant may leave before the notice expires.

Stage two: £539 inc. Should the tenant not leave, we then prepare the court papers and lodge them in the court. We pay the court fees. We bare the cost to instruct a barrister who will attend court to carry out the work. We should be granted a fourteen day possession order.

In very rare cases, when the 14 day court order has expired the tenant may not have left. In such a case we can then arrange court appointed bailiffs to eject the tenant. The cost of this is £195 inclusive.
