Tenant evict can quickly repossess your property, where practical, get a judgment for rent arrears and legal costs against your tenant. We are a nationwide company and it does not matter where you, or your tenant live, we can act for you.

We provide our service to letting agents, corporate and private landlords, anywhere in England and Wales. Upon receiving your instructions, your tenants would normally receive a notice seeking possession within 48 hours

Our solutions:

1)Fixed Fees

We offer a unique tenant eviction service with a fixed fee.

2)No Win No Fee

No win, no fee agreements

This is called a Conditional Fee Agreement, commonly known as a "no win, no fee"

If your claim is successful

In a 'no win, no fee' agreement regency law will only be paid by the landlord if the claim is successful. A landlord maybe able to recover there costs in whole or part from the losing party.

Should court action be necessary then the court fees (£150 approximately) are paid in advance by the client to regency law payable to the court. The losing party should pay all or part of these costs.

If your claim fails

You will not have to pay Regency law but you may have to pay the costs of the successful party, your tenant.

For a 'no win, no fee' arrangement the landlord will enter into a contract with regency law. For good practice and transparency the contract will also set out the fee structure.
